1. INTRODUCTION
This Payment Policy ("Policy") explains how payments are processed on the Website Decksy.com ("Website"), operated by Clarketic OÜ. It describes accepted payment methods, billing, pricing, refunds, and fraud prevention measures.
By placing an order and making payment on the Website, you agree to this Policy, the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following secure payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),
• PayPal,
• Apple Pay,
• Google Pay.
All transactions are processed through certified third-party providers (e.g., PayPal) using industry-standard encryption. We do not store complete credit card or banking details on our servers.
3. PRICING & BILLING
Our pricing model is per slide, starting from $8.99 per slide.
Final cost depends on: service type, urgency, complexity, and additional services.
Additional paid features (PDF copy, early draft, extended revisions, VIP support) are billed separately.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. The Client is responsible for paying all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by law.
The full price is displayed to the Client before confirming the order.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Upfront Payment: All orders must be prepaid in full before the design process begins.
Authorization: By providing payment details, the Client confirms they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Currency: Payments are processed in USD, unless otherwise stated.
Invoice: An electronic invoice/receipt is issued upon payment confirmation.
5. FRAUD PREVENTION
All transactions are monitored to detect and prevent fraud.
Use of stolen cards or fraudulent payments will result in order cancellation and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing an order.
6. REFUND POLICY
We aim to ensure Client satisfaction. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
6.1 Full Refund
• If work has not yet started (e.g., the Client cancels immediately after placing the order).
• If the service fails to meet the agreed delivery deadline,
• If the final Presentation does not align with the initial instructions provided in the Order Form and was not downloaded by you (subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance Team). "Initial instructions" are those listed by you while placing the Order before the expert started working on it.
6.2 Partial Refund
• If work has already begun but the Client is dissatisfied with the outcome.
• The refund amount will depend on the progress made at the time of the request.
6.3 Refund Request Process
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Requests can be made via email at [email protected] or through the Client dashboard.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
6.4 Exceptions
• No refunds are provided if the Client fails to provide necessary instructions, materials, or clarifications that prevent the order from being completed.
• No refunds are granted for additional paid services (e.g., VIP support, early draft delivery) once these services have been delivered.
7. REVISION INSTEAD OF REFUND
Where possible, we encourage Clients to request free revisions (available for 30 days from delivery) instead of refunds. This ensures that the final product meets Client expectations.
8. CHARGEBACKS
Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund from our Support team will be considered a breach of this Policy.
In case of chargeback, all rights to the delivered Presentation(s) are automatically revoked, and the Company may take legal action to recover losses.
